TE FARE O TAMATOA ("The House of Tamatoa")
We are non-profit organization comprised of members of all ages who share a love for Tahitian drumming, dance, music, history and culture. We teach Tahitian dance and drumming, with an emphasis on traditional style, to anyone who is interested in learning!
By popular demand, we are hosting our third Tahitian cultural workshop! We are offering multiple workshops to accomodate people of all experience levels. We will also be selling Tahitian goods such as pareus, monoi oil, jewerly and much more!
WORKSHOP SCHEDULE **ARRIVE 15 MINUTES PRIOR TO YOUR CLASS**
- 12:00 - 2:00pm | Female Level 1 Dance
- 2:00 - 4:00pm | Female Level 2 Dance
- 4:00 - 5:30pm | Drumming
Female Level 1 Dance - Females ages 10+. Little to no Tahitian dance experience required.
Female Level 2 Dance - Females ages 10+. 2+ years of Tahitian dance experience required.
Drumming - Ages 10+. No experience required. Drums/equipment provided.
