TE FARE O TAMATOA
Join us for our annual Tahitian dance & drumming student showcase! Te Fare O Tamatoa is a non-profit organization whose mission is cultural education by sharing Tahitian culture through dance and music. Come stimulate your senses with beautifully hand crafted costumes, exciting Tahitian dance movements, and intricate drum beats!
We will be featuring our dance students from kid's, beginner, intermediate and advanced class as well as our performance group Te'a Rama! We will also have special guest performances by Dojo 3 and the University of Washington's Polynesian Student Alliance.
A DAY IN THE LIFE OF TAHITI
This year's theme will bring you to the islands. Each class will embody a daily activity of Tahiti, including preparing food, enjoying the beach, making mono'i oil and partying island style.
