We hope you’ll join Te Fare O Tamatoa for an entertaining evening featuring Tahitian culture. Te Fare O Tamatoa is a non-profit organization whose mission is cultural education by sharing Tahitian culture through dance and music. Come stimulate your senses with beautifully hand crafted costumes, exciting Tahitian dance movements, and intricate drum beats! **Also featured will be a guest performance by the Dojo 3 Tahitian class**
In appreciation for Mother Nature, and her many forms, and to create a better understanding of the source of our well-being, the Te Fare O Tamatoa dance classes have based their choreography on Mother Nature’s elements of Earth, Wind, Water and Fire. Te’arama (Te Fare O Tamatoa’s performance group) will interpret the elements through dance in a story written and choreographed by Nanave and Teina Radford.
